Report the issue to our support team within 14 days of the transaction. We investigate your payment history and confirm the funds left your account. If the issue lies with your bank, we provide proof of withdrawal to your payment operator. If the error is ours, we refund your balance in full plus interest accrued during the delay.

We close accounts only if you request closure or if we detect fraud, money laundering, or terms violation. If we suspect fraud, we freeze your account pending investigation and notify you in writing. You have 30 days to respond before any permanent action. Closure due to terms breach includes a formal warning; you receive a summary of the breach before deactivation.

All data is encrypted using industry-standard TLS 1.2 or higher. Your account details are stored on servers in secure data centres with physical access controls. We do not share your phone number, email, or transaction history with third parties except payment processors and regulatory authorities when legally required.

All amounts in our terms are stated in Pakistani Rupees. If you deposit via JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay or Raast, the exchange rate shown at checkout is the rate applied. Your account balance always displays in PKR. Withdrawal rates are locked at the time you initiate the request, not at processing time.

Yes. You have 60 days to file a formal appeal after account closure. Submit your appeal to our legal team with evidence supporting your case. We review it within 10 business days and respond in writing. If you reject our decision, you may request binding arbitration under Pakistani commercial law at your own cost.

p99 operates under the laws of the jurisdictions where we hold a licence or where local law permits our operation. Terms are enforced under Pakistani commercial law in supported regions. If you dispute enforcement, you may file a case in Pakistani courts or request arbitration as outlined in our terms.

If a system error causes you financial loss, we are liable up to the amount of your account balance plus documented losses directly caused by the error. We do not accept liability for indirect losses such as lost income or business opportunity. All claims must be filed within 30 days of discovery and include transaction evidence.
